overlay: Change global actions gestures defaults

Settings use these values to _restore_ the default state for
power menu long press and volume key chord combo.

Sadly they assume default is power menu instead
of assistant and vib/mute toggle instead of global actions,
simply change them to restore a sane behaviour.
