vendor: apns: Correct Telia

* We have duplicate entries with one of them having a proxy
* According to the issue, no proxy is required
* Since the one with proxy is selected by default, the user has to change
  it manually
  -> Remove the wrong one
* Also correct order: Internet, then MMS
