Description

To improve 3rd party apps compatibility on "community" devices, we want to start deploying ih8sn on those devices.

This will allow us to pass RootBeer test & SafetyNet test.

Technical details

If a stable or dev device has no ih8sn specific configuration, we fallback into shipping a default ih8sn configuration.
