Add support for SHIFT6mq (axolotl) to generate IMG packages.

Tests

Note: I have only tested this with custom AVB keys and custom abl allowing the keys.

  1. Build IMG package
  2. Unlock bootloader
  3. Flash /e/ using the script provided with the package
  4. Relock bootloader
  5. Ensure device is booting up properly in green state
