Use LOCAL_MODULE_SYMLINKS 

Instead of manually creating the symlinks with LOCAL_POST_INSTALL_CMD,
use LOCAL_MODULE_SYMLINKS to create the symlinks for
netutils-wrapper-1.0.

Also remove useless LOCAL_MODULE_CLASS settings, and libc from
LOCAL_SHARED_LIBRARIES (which is implied).

Test: m -j netutils-wrapper-1.0 netutils_wrapper_test
