ueventd: add unit test case for multi-wildcard sysfs permission line

This should be tested by the relevant /dev path cases, but
danielgeorgem@ reported that it didn't seem like some rules were
being applied properly. Add an explicit unit test for that case
to show that the issue must be somewhere else.
