trusty: utils: rpmb_dev: change port 1 by port 0 in .rc files

In trusty pVMs, the port 1 is reserved for AuthMgrAuthorization.
The port 0 is preconised for the custom Tipc port, where the port
name is expected to be the first packet shared after the vsock
connection.
