trusty: Add TRUSTY_SEND_SECURE_OR_SHARE 

Add new TRUSTY_SEND_SECURE_OR_SHARE mode which checks whether the buffer
is already secure. If it is, proceed as with TRUSTY_SEND_SECURE. If not,
proceed as with TRUSTY_SHARE.
