Change eDrive APK to use v1.2.4 

- Limit log on production
- Reenable usage of chunked upload
- progressively delay synchronization of file in case of failed synchronization. Except for Synchronization file
- Fix: Some file might be ignored after a synchronization failure
- Deletion of file on device, put remote file in remote Trash
