Modify AsyncBlockCheckTask to include invisible Logging session

Currently, the Log session that governs
CallInfoLookupHelper#onQueryComplete completes before
AsyncBlockCheckTask#onPostExecute runs. An invisible subsession is now
created that tracks the Task until its completion.
