Display the HD icon in the Call Log
Logged the information whether a codec for High Definition Audio was used in the database of the Call Log. Test: manual - Verified that the HD icon is displayed on the Call Log if a codec for HD had been used during a call. Bug: 68108125 Change-Id: I7eb62fb3455d6150f47a94f56071bc207226cea6
