Give GATT clients names

And print names in dumpsys, so we know who is trying to connect, and
keeping the connection alive.

Native clients would be named i.e. "LeAudio", or "HID"
Java clients will by called by package.name[attribution_tag], i.e.
com.google.android.bluetooth[bass]
