RootCanal: Add a Baseband sniffer

This sniffer creates Bluetooth Baseband packet
capture.
Even if RootCanal doesn't use the packet format
of the Bluetooth Baseband a tool that can understand it
(e.g. Wireshark) will be able to decode the upper protocols
like LMP or L2CAP and above.

So this effectively add a LMP sniffer.
