GAP: Support 128-bit custom UUID in EIR record

1）Add 128-bit custom UUID into EIR when API
   BluetoothAdapter#listenUsingRfcommWithServiceRecord is called.

2) Delete 128-bit custom UUID from EIR when socket created by API
   BluetoothAdapter#listenUsingRfcommWithServiceRecord is closed.
