bluetooth_test_gd_unit go to the corner

This test suite is flaky, and is only suppose to validate some native
behavior.
It makes no senses to run this test suite when not modifying the system
folder except annoying me when it fail my presubmits

Hence, this test suite is punished from global presubmits
