IOP fix to remove bond on bond loss detection

Some companion apps expect the local bond to be removed when remote bond loss is detected. Not removing bonds in such a situation breaks their workflow.
It may take some time for these apps to rollout app updates across their client base. So we are adding this IOP fix to auto remove bond for these companion apps.
