GD-Storage: Add Serializable interface

* Add a Serializable interface that covers both legacy stack and GD
* Implement this interface in hci::LinkKey, hci::Address,
  hci::ClassOfDevice, and newly added hci::Uuid
* Add LinkKey and Uuid type
