LeAudio: Improve detecting VoIP calls

When the VoIP call is started while using the Recorder,
the recorder audio track metadata falsly triggers the VoIP scenarion
detection mechanism. This turns off the logic that guards us from
mixing CONVERSATIONAL, with LIVE when multiple audio tracks are present
in the metadata track list.
