Merge changes I29bfc0c2,I961f2670

* changes:
  Replace all VLOG and DVLOG statements with LOG_DEBUG since these are logged at the debug layer.
  Use LOG_LEVEL to replace LOG(LEVEL) through out the hearing_aid codebase for a consistent logging experience.
