Respect AVRCP versions in SDP records

It's all wrong. All wrong.

In the protocol descriptor list in SDP:
1.3 reports 1.2
1.4 reports 1.3
1.5 reports 1.4
1.6 reports 1.4
1.6.1 reports 1.4

wtf

Simplify as:
  1.3 to 1.5 report (version - 1),
  everything else reports 1.4
