Demote some debug logs to verbose level

This CL demotes the following two debug logs:
"Not interested in opcode {}" this is printed tons of times whenever
an LE mouse is moved.
"Dropping repeated legacy advertising data" this is printed a lot of
times when scanning in a relatively noisy environment.
