Set bits 4-6 to 0 in L2CAP fixed channel supported bit mask. 



The L2CAP fixed channels supported bit mask is defined by BT
core spec v4.2 Vol 3, Part A, section 4.13. As this section
describes, bits 4-6 shall be set to 0.
