Retain device properties while connected

Remove device properties when the bond is removed and all transports are
disconnected.

Test: mmm packages/modules/Bluetooth
Test: Manual | Pair with buds over RPA, start A2DP streaming, remove
bond while both transports are connected, re-pairing must be successful
