Check Peer HF indicator before setting Feature mask 

Description: If the remote device initiates a headset connection before the phone's SDP process is complete, the phone uses the lower HFP version and thus fails to retrieve battery level information. This fix checks if HF indicator is supported by remote device and sets the feature mask.
