GD-Storage: Support memory-only temporary properties

* Add new macro to generate getter, setter and remover for temporary
  in-memory only properties
* Add extra config entry in StorageModule to host these entries which
  will be cleaned up upon stack shutdown
* Limit the number of entries to 10,000 with an LRU
