hh: Remove reconnect logic on bta_hh_le

We have another reconnection logic in btif_hh.cc:btif_hh_disconnected
which is run when the link is actually disconnected, so there's no
mistake reconnecting HoGP when the link is not yet disconnected, thus
cancelling the disconnection.
