Bumble Java HID Test cases

1. HID device is able to reconnect when connection policy is allowed
   HID device is not able to reconnect when connection policy is
   disallowed
2. HID device is able to reconnect after BT restarted on Android
   when connection policy is allowed
3. HID device is not able to reconnect after BT restarted on Android
   when connection policy is disallowed
4. HID device is not able to reconnect after bond is remove on Android
