Fix OPP comparison

isBluetoothShareUri_correctlyCheckUri (under
com.android.bluetooth.opp.BluetoothOppUtilityTest) is failing
on null input due to an incorrect comparison in
isBluetoothShareUri.  Change the comparison to one which can
cope with null input.
