ActiveDeviceManager: Remove handling of wired devices

Handling of wired devices was added to ActiveDeviceManager to overcome
the inability to choose already active bluetooth device as a audio
route from Bluetooth Settings, when wired headphones are connected and playing music.
Currently we don't want to change audio route through Bluetooth
Settings in any other way then when the device is initially made active.
