BluetoothLegacyMigration: Stop using BT icon from private resource

This CL is doing same as the one in the android/app
"55fcd7b8: Stop using BT icon from private resource" merged in AOSP.

This CL is for removing ic_bluetooth_share_icon.xml
in frameworks/base.
