floss: hcidoc: Add tags for remote feature request

Sometimes we see disconnections due to receiving errors (due to unknown
handle, etc.) when requesting remote features, and sometimes even no
replies. Use the OddDisconnectionsRule to detect this behavior and
output an appropriate tag.
