le_audio: Clear stream configuration on a prior ACL disconnection

It's possible that just ACL disconnection event will come after link
closing or CIS disconnection event may came after.
To not let orphaned CIS in current stream a clean should be done when
getting ACL disconnection event before CIS disconnection event.
