  Remove unused GetSecurity from shim
  Remove duplicated supports bits
  Update LeImplTest to use HciLayerFake
  Update ControllerTest to use HciLayerFake
  Use HciLayerFake in LeAddressManagerTest
  Remove obsolete (not compiled) inquiry test code
