Update ACL disconnect reason in case of bond loss

Native stack disconnects the ACL link on detecting remote bond loss. ACL disconnection callback from native comes with HCI_ERR_CONN_CAUSE_LOCAL_HOST as the reason code. However HCI_ERR_AUTH_FAILURE is a more meaningful reason code for the applications.
