Extend timeout to 120s for resolv_integration_test, resolv_unit_test

GetAddrInfoStressTest_Binder_100 has average run duration 13.25(s).
Sometimes it jumps to 70.95(s). Move timeout setting from
netd_integration_test to resolver tests.
