fix: Mic and suggestion
Description
Clicking on the microphone does not work if suggestions are disabled.

Technical details
The touch area is not available when the suggestion bar is not displayed. Addition of a new touch area dedicated to the microphone to handle this case.
Tests
Tested on android 14 with suggestion off, the button is visible and well handle user touch action
