Make keyboard hints a better visible

Patch Set 1: User were complaining about not seeing the hints
             at bad light conditions. Change color of the hints to
             'holo_blue_light'

             Also fix QWERTZ keyboard hints in line three for 600dp and 768dp
             some of the hints were duplicated

Patch Set 2: Adjust hint color
