Don't call resetDictionaries if DictionaryFacilitatorLruCache.get() 

hasn't been called yet. This breaks the AOSP SpellChecker.  This seems
to be a bug introduced recently, when the
DictionaryFacilitatorLruCache was turned into a "cache" of 1 element.
