Add Telecom specific roles.

CAR_MODE_DIALER_APP (for automotive apps) - requires IncallService
which declares IN_CALL_SERVICE_CAR_MODE_UI true.
CALL_COMPANION_APP (for wearable companion apps) - requires
InCallService which doesn't declare IN_CALL_SERVICE_UI or
IN_CALL_SERVICE_CAR_MODE_UI.
CALL_SCREENING_APP - requires CallScreeningService to be defined.
PROXY_CALLING_APP - requires CallRedirectionService to be defined.
