Ensure Auto Revoke Fragment doesn't crash when showing load icon

Ensure that the Auto revoke fragment doesn't crash if it tries to show
the load icon, which happens if the data does not load within 200ms

Test: Intentionally delay the loading of the auto revoked packages,
verify fragment does not crash
