Bluetooth: Remove pending MAP authorization pop up

- If USER turn off BT on DUT before accepting incoming
authorization request for MAP connection, then MAP
authorization pop up should be removed.

-If ACL is disconnected by remote device before accepting
incoming authorization request for MAP connection, then MAP
authorization pop up should be removed.
