MAP: Fix redundant or extra removeSdpRecord in shutdown.

Remove extra and unintended code changes that got included
during local M gerrits propagation to MAP N release.
Invoke of SDPManager removeSdpRecord API  twice lead to
ANR and BT crash while waiting for MAP session handler thread
termination.
