A2DP Sink: Fix the issue with A2DP connection

Usecase:
-Pair and connect from DUT to 8952, DUT as a A2DP Sink.
-Uncheck medio audio from DUT.
-Uncheck media audio from Remote as well and check media
 audio option from Remote.

Failure:
A2DP connection is happening even though media audio option
is uncheck in DUT.

Rootcause:
Incoming A2DP connection accepted even though blocked.

Fix:
Check the priority to accept the incoming A2DP connection.
