PBAP: Add SIM bug fixes from kk

This patch addes some fixes for PBAP SIM profile
related to SIM phonebook.

  PBAP: Return correct response code

  Return correct response code when the request
  packet is unacceptable.

  PBAP: Getting SIM contacts by number

  This change has been done to fetch the SIM contacts
  when searched by number which was having issues because of
  absence of the column for ID in the SIM cursor.

  Pbap : Add condition to point to correct phone book

  This patch adds a condition for vcard listing to fetch the contacts
  from SIM phone book entry insted of main phone book.
