PBAP Client Account Authenticator 

Update PBAP client account authenticator have the correct package
namespace and the Bluetooth icon.

Bug: 27724937
Test: With the PBAP client profile enabled visit Settings->Users &
accounts->Add account observe icon and name for bluetooth pbap account.
