Bluetooth: Prioritize local Audio over HFP HS audio.

 -when call is ongoing on DUT and it is connected
  as HFP HF, do not connect SCO when requested by
  AG.
 -for active call on DUT as HFP HF, if user tries to
  make call/Accept incoming call on DUT then
  disconnect SCO for HFP HF.
