Bluetooth-OPP: Separating Inbound and Outbound notification

This change will ensure that notifications will be updated
separately. Otherwise, during simultaneous Rx and Tx if one of the
ongoing transfer is aborted notification status will not be updated
and will show still transfering because there is one ongoing transfer
is in progess.
