Bluetooth: Queue USER_TIMEOUT to disconnect MAP OBEX session

A scenario where remote is initiating MAP connection request
to DUT. If User does not accept or reject authorization
request from remote device. As user time-out scenario is
not handled, where MAP OBEX session is stopped. So MAP OBEX
session does not get cleared till BT OFF. So MAP OBEX
connection is failed next iteration onward. Queuing User
time-out(30 seconds) to disconnect MAP OBEX session to
solve this issue.
