MediaPlayer index switch and SetBrowsed Player implementaion modified

-Changed player id 0 to AVRCP Browsing supported music player
and player id 1 to Non Browsable music player. As some Carkits
requesting SetBrowsed player on Media Player id 0 directly.

-Some Carkits invoking SetBrowsed player in the middle of
Browsing used to change the current path as root. Hence, on
call of SetBrowsed player return current path and attributes
of current folder rather than changing the current path to root.

-GetFolderItems for VFS browsing will not work before Set Browse
player.
