DO NOT MERGE Separate SDP procedure from bonding state (2/2)

- Hold BOND_BONDED intent util SDP is findished.
- Only accept profile connection for the device is at bonded
  state. Any attempt to connect while bonding would potentially
  lead to an unauthorized connection.
